Request: Correct Mexico aliases and remove SIRGAS 2000 from use in Mexico
Comment: Although ITRF2000 Epoch 2004.0 was anticipated for use in Mexico, this has not taken place. Mexico retains the ITRF 1988 Epoch 1991.0 Mexican adjustment (Datum Code 1042). This change request essentially reverses C.R. 2009.087 actions.
Action: For Area 3418 corrected spelling of Nicaragua. For Areas 3427-28, changed name to reflect SIRGAS 2000 rather than simply SIRGAS as SIRGAS 1995 did not apply to these areas; in description removed specific reference to Mexico. Added Areas 3748 3756 3759 and 3763; For Geodetic Datum 6674 and CRS 4674 4988-89 changed remarks to remove references to official usage in Mexico; for CRS 4988-89 also removed Mexican naming system alias; for Datum 6674 changed name to current accepted wording and added original name as an alias. For Geodetic Datum 1042 and CRS 4481-88 removed remarks incorrectly stating replacement by SIRGAS 2000 and also modified Mexican Alternative Identifier to be "Red Geodesica Nacional 1993 " in keeping with 2010 INEGI usage, adding this alias where missing; for CRS 4484-4488 also added EPSG Abbreviation of < 24 characters. For Datum 1042 corrected number of stations RGNA stations used in this realization.
